We are still over the moon about our new home. I went to the final inspection this afternoon and I still love this house so much as I did the first day I saw it. It is the perfect home for us…just perfect.

I realize this is your job and it is something you do for a living but I have to say you do your job very well.

You responded quickly to my e-mails, were calm and reassuring and you got us a mortgage with time to spare. You explained things in normal words and explained it all well, there was no room for misinterpretation and that is exactly what I needed. I like to know what is expected of me with no surprises and you excel at this too.

My husband used to work at XXXXXXX until 12 years ago when he got laid off, for about 6 years he went from job to job getting laid off, becoming redundant…we paid everything we have in cash, we had to with 3 children…I only worked part time and sometimes was the sole earner.

My husband has been employed steady the past 7 years but old habits are hard to break and as a result of that we still pay cash and have no credit but we are trying to fix that.

No one would even look at us for a mortgage or suggest anything to help.
